The furniture of Ligne Roset — founded in 1860 in Montagnieu, France — has long captured the imagination of style aficionados. All pieces are made in the brand’s own factory in Briord, France, and the majority of operations are done by hand.
The Plumy seating collection is a 1980s reissue designed by Annie Hieronimus. The billowing sofa and armchair supports the body to offer supreme comfort.
As its name suggests, the Pumpkin seating collection is evocative of a giant pumpkin. The curvy armchair with either a swivel or stationary base was originally designed by Pierre Paulin in the 1950s.
The contemporary Ploum settee designed by Ronan & Erwan Bouroullec combines statement design and comfort. The sofa is shaped like a nest to cradle the body while sitting or lying down.
Finally, the sleek modular Prado settee is a contemporary lounge featuring weighted, moveable back cushions. Designed by Christian Werner, this adaptable sofa also converts into an occasional bed.
