The Royal Melbourne Hospital Home Lottery is back, and this time they’re giving away this multi-million dollar home in Kew!

The fundraiser has been building and raffling off brand-new homes to raise much-needed funds for one of Australia’s best hospitals since 2005.

It’s maybe one of the most exciting ways to support the hospital, because your money from purchasing a ticket helps fund life-changing healthcare, but you also go in the running to win some life-changing prizes. It’s a win, win!

The Grand Prize is this contemporary, four-bedroom Mazzei home on a 650-square-metre block, which features a Portsea Grey marble stone kitchen, open-plan living areas with high ceilings and a six-metre-high void, filling the room with natural light. Relax by the dreamy swimming pool in summer or cosy up by the deluxe Escea fireplace in winter.

It’s been designed in collaboration with experts Webster Architecture and Nathan Burkett Landscape Architecture to create a lifestyle-driven dream home, close to High Street’s cafes and beautiful parklands.

The property also comes fully furnished with custom-designed Spanish furniture from Ajar, so the lucky winner can move in and enjoy the mortgage-free home just in time for summer. Plus, they’ll also score $100,000 in gold!
